deposits

A non-refundable or transferrable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

CANCELLATION

• 48 hours notice is required for tattoo cancellations.

• 24 hours notice is required for wax cancellations.

• We reserve the right to charge 30% of the scheduled service fee for same day cancellations.

RESCHEDULING

48 hours notice is required to reschedule all appointments (including touchups). We understand life happens, and allow 1 courtesy reschedule within this window without penalty. Additional reschedules (regardless of notice) will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.

consultation

New tattoo clients are required to complete a consultation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment date.

4-6 week touchup

New client touchups must be administered within 10 weeks of initial appointment date to remain complimentary. Appointments surpassing this window will be priced accordingly.

existing work

Clients with existing work administered by another artist must submit clear, closeup photos to beholdbrows@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment date. We reserve the right to refuse service upon in-person assessment, regardless of photos.

Refunds

We are open to communication, feedback, and adjustments, but do not issue refunds for any service provided.
